Ordinary parcel lines suit typical consumer hauls and should be compared by chargeable weight, restrictions, tax treatment, compensation and route estimate. MegaShip is a separate DDP sea-freight use case for eligible oversized consignments advertised up to 3 tons to the EU, United States, United Kingdom and Canada. A lower per-kilogram headline does not automatically make sea freight the right call: confirm minimums, destination coverage, item restrictions, handling requirements and the live final quote before committing a haul to it.

A useful spreadsheet check records both the source price and the agent's displayed total. On 2026-09-19, the supplied Weidian item showed CNY 860 on iTaobuy and US$151.29 for the product; 860 ÷ 151.29 = 5.6844 CNY per US$1. The same preview added 15 CNY domestic shipping (US$2.64), bringing the order total to US$153.93, with international shipping excluded. That is a checkout snapshot, not a permanent rate. Re-run the calculation on the real order and record the date, currency, domestic charges, optional services and international freight separately.

1. Sort each row into the correct buying route

   Use Direct Buy when iTaobuy correctly parses a supported marketplace listing. Use Fill&Buy when a Yupoo album, Xianyu-style offer or private seller needs manual details. Use forwarding only when you buy the item yourself and need the iTaobuy warehouse to receive and consolidate it.

2. Compare the source page with the parsed page

   Keep the original listing open beside iTaobuy. Check seller, item identity, version, size or color, quantity, CNY price and domestic freight. If important information disappears during parsing, stop and fix the route instead of assuming the agent page is complete.

3. Record the complete pre-warehouse cost

   Write down the source CNY price, the displayed USD price, domestic delivery and any optional service. If you plan to fund the wallet, inspect the selected payment channel's actual-payment amount as a separate checkpoint. Apply coupon thresholds only after the parcel route is known.

4. Turn QC photos into a decision

   Inspect warehouse images as soon as they appear. Accept only when visible details match the order, ask for clarification when the photos are inconclusive, and request a return promptly when seller rules allow it. Free storage is a consolidation window, not an extended QC deadline.

5. Build the shipment around the parcel

   For a normal haul, compare live parcel lines by chargeable weight, restrictions, tax treatment and compensation. For an eligible oversized load, price MegaShip separately and confirm DDP coverage, minimums and handling rules. Then apply a route-compatible shipping coupon and submit.

Work through an iTaobuy order in two passes.
